How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours then shipped via Canada Post standard or expedited service. When checking out, the estimated shipping time is noted based on the service selected and your shipping location. Please note that delays may occur due to COVID-19. An email confirmation will be sent to you when you order has been shipped.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
How much will the shipping cost be?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, volume and weight. We currently offer complimentary, contactless local delivery within a 15km radius from Brooklin, Ontario. Local delivery will be an option at check out once you enter your delivery address. If you would like to collect your order from our Brooklin address please email email@example.com for next steps.
Can I send something as a gift?
Absolutely! If you would like to send a gift, please enter the details in the 'special instructions' window at check out. Please include a message you would like to include with the gift. We can take care of the rest!
Can I exchange/ return an item if I am not 100% happy with it?
Yes of course! We want you to love your purchase. However, earrings are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons.
We ask that you return/ exchange your purchase within 14 days. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as received with all the tags still attached.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
All items are inspected in great detail and packed well before they are delivered/ shipped. However, accidents happen. Please email email@example.com with your concern along with an image of the damaged good.
Please keep in mind that the pieces that we offer have all been made by hand. Small imperfections, differences in shape, size and colour are normal and are what make each item unique. This is part of the handcrafting process and these variations should not be considered as defects, as they don’t affect the beauty and quality of the pieces.
Does SOKO home ship to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes.
Does SOKO home ship internationally?
Currently, SOKO home ships within Canada only. However, if you live outside of Canada and are interested in making a purchase, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. If you are based in the United States, please visit www.azizilife.com to make your purchase.
